REGULATORY AREA
The vastity of the regulations that, directly or indirectly, influence our industrial sector, requires the collaboration of prestigious national and international legal firms. There are European regulations that are applicable to all Member States, as well as national laws, which could require the application of mutual recognition bylaws. We manage the claims and assist our customers’ attorneys with technical reports and consultations.
We evaluate the legitimacy of fines, court orders, injunctions and seizures and, if necessary, we will prepare defensive memories. We manage the registrations required by the Italian fertilizer bylaws as well as self-declarations required for plant resistance improvers. We organize training courses and offer a regulatory update service both for EU regulations and Italian rules. We realize dossiers for including new type of fertilizers as well as new categories of plant resistance improvers and basic substances.
